Advising clients on their best TCM health care options:

i) Qi Gong and Tai Ji for active exercise of breath, spirit and body;

ii) Acupuncture to rebalance the body, increase their body immune resistance and cure the disorders

iii) Standard Chinese herbal remedies or individually prepared herbal formulas;

Advising clients on healthy life-style and diet changes based on both Western and Eastern nutrition.
